This is the very first project for the subject - Introduction to drawings ( ITD ) . The aim of this assignment is to introduce drawing as a communication tool in the construction industry. We are required to form a five to six person group to complete this task. We are required to choose one topic from many kind of drawings and the one that we have chosen is ENGINEERING DRAWINGS. We need to study and investigate the use of the drawings as a means of communication and also use the date that we have collected to make a powerpoint presentation by working as a group. The data gathered should include types and function of drawings, stages and examples of drawings used to communicate ideas and presentations.

In this project, I really learnt a lot. I feel thinking and problem solving skills as well as communication skills is quite vital for every work especially this assignment because we need to work in a group and solve many problems including communication problems. In a group what we need the most is teamwork. Therefore we really need to work very hard not only for the task but also for learning how to get along with people. We did a lot researches on STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS and we really know more about that area. So glad that we have this task so that we can know more not only in architecture.
